The living and dining room opens onto the pool and jacuzzi terrace. The dining room features a clear-gray quartz dining table, which sits up to 12 persons. A large designer sofa in the living room makes for relaxing and comfortable entertaining.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen with amenities, utensils, and facilities to prepare meals for up to 16 people includes a large fridge and freezer on an open atmosphere with a view to the rear garden through an outstanding high window. Also on this floor you will find a guest restroom to maximize your comfort.

 

From the living room, you have access to the first two bedrooms where you will find a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and great amenities such as air-conditioning unit, safe box, closet, and blackout curtains on each of.

 

Reach our second floor going by the sculptural staircase where you’ll find four more bedrooms located on this floor. Two of them offer 2 queen-size beds each. Our patio features an amazing BBQ area, outdoor furniture, and an unbreathing jacuzzi and pool.  The pool area includes a fantastic lounge area with two sunbeds, where you can sit and enjoy the pool with a cocktail drink in hand. 

 

The gated community has a swimming pool with sunbeds, a palapa, and a paddle tennis court. You can find complimentary paddles and tennis balls in the Villa.
